Our Climate-Ready Home, 气候适应家园, is free at One Punggol, 一个榜鹅, through Tuesday 28 October 2026. The Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment last updated the official page on 25 October, the morning after Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong, 颜金勇, opened it. Sunday 24 October ran 12pm to 8pm. From 25 to 28 October the hours are 10am to 8pm. After that the set packs up for Jurong and Woodlands. This is the Punggol week.
The hub sits at 1 Punggol Drive, next to Punggol MRT. Walk in from the interchange, past the library and the hawker hall. The exhibition occupies the atrium, not a ticketed gallery. You do not book. You show up, walk the rooms, and leave when you are done.
The Wolbachia box and the cooling vest
The Straits Times sent a photographer on opening day. The picture that ran was a box of Project Wolbachia mosquitoes, 沃尔巴克氏体蚊子. Stick an arm in. The males do not bite. NEA releases them in estates to suppress the Aedes population that carries dengue. Hotter weather speeds up the virus in those mosquitoes, which is why the box is here and not in a science fair.
Another station lets you try cooling wearables that drop skin temperature by up to 9 deg C with no battery and no fridge pack. The Straits Times clocked free half-hour guided tours that walk the same floor. I would take the tour if the atrium is busy. The rooms are dressed as a playground, living room, kitchen, study, and bedroom. Each one is a climate problem in furniture form. Heavier rain. Dry spells. Heat. Rising seas. Food and water. The dining-table game and the telephone game are the ones kids actually queue for.
Live shows, mascots, balloon art
Actors run 60-minute live shows. On 24 October the slots were 1.30pm and 4pm. From 25 to 28 October they sit at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm. Treat those as the times the atrium gets loud. If you want the quieter walk-through, come at 10am or after the 6pm show starts.
Mascot sessions last 20 minutes. MSE only published the One Punggol grid for 24 and 25 October. Captain Green from NEA, Water Wally and Water Sally from PUB, and the Singapore Food Agency trio Eggs Benedette C, Caixinderella, and Seabasstian Water rotate through late morning and late afternoon. Do not assume the same faces appear on 26 to 28 October. The page would have said so.
Balloon art is listed all day on 24 October from 9.30am to 8pm, and on 25 October from 10am to 8pm. That 9.30am start on Saturday is earlier than the exhibition's 12pm door. If you are only here for balloons, check the stand before you plan a full morning.

What happens after Tuesday
Westgate in Jurong takes the same kit from 31 October to 4 November, 10am to 9pm. Kampung Admiralty in Woodlands runs 18 to 22 November, 9am to 7pm. Those stops sit outside this site's four towns. If you live in Punggol, Sengkang, Hougang, or Serangoon, the useful date is 28 October. After that you are on a train to Jurong.
The Year of Climate Adaptation is a whole-of-government banner. Partners on the MSE page include NParks, PUB, NEA, HDB, and the People's Association. One Punggol is a PA hub, which is why the first stop is here and not a downtown mall. The library upstairs stays on its usual 10am to 9pm clock. The hawker stalls on level 2 are a separate meal. Do not count on combining both if you arrive at 7.30pm. The exhibition closes at 8pm.
I would go late afternoon on 26, 27, or 28 October if the weekend crowd on 24 and 25 October looked thick. Live shows still run those weekdays. The Wolbachia box and the cooling vest do not need a mascot slot. Bring water. The atrium is air-conditioned. The walk from Punggol MRT is not.
