Mall hours are 10am to 10pm. None of this is a festival. It is the kind of heartland menu change you use on a school-night dinner.
Crab beehoon at Penang Culture, #03-13
Penang Culture posted two crab beehoon notes dated 1 September 2026. The à la carte plate is made to order. Small is 1 crab for 2 to 3 people at $38. Medium is 2 crabs for 4 to 5 people at $58. That is a sharing dish, not a solo lunch. The buffet version keeps the usual all-day buffet price. For every 4 paying diners, the restaurant adds a complimentary serving of the new crab beehoon. The mall copy is blunt: same buffet price, extra plate.
The unit is #03-13. Woke Ramen shares that unit. Spring Tomorrow's review of Woke Ramen noted both brands sit under Neo Group, with Woke on the right as you walk in. Queue at the correct counter. Penang Culture is the Peranakan and Penang-style room. Crab beehoon is a one-day menu add on the buffet page, but the à la carte listing does not give an end date. Ask at the table if you are going after mid-September.
Woke Ramen lobster soup and Shihlin skin downstairs
Woke Ramen's autumn special runs 1 September to 31 December 2026. The bowl is lobster broth with lobster on top, and you pick ramen or udon. Price is $29.90. Woke is Singapore's first wok-hei ramen brand and is MUIS-certified. Noodles get a pass through a seasoned wok before they hit the soup. $29.90 is a step up from the usual $15-range bowls. It is a seasonal order, not the weekday default. Hours on third-party listings are 10.30am to 10pm daily. Confirm at the counter.
Down at #B1-51, Shihlin Taiwan Street Food is selling Ultra Crispy Chicken Skin from 3 September to 12 November 2026 at $5.90 a pack. Three flavours: Charcoal Seaweed, Cool Cucumber, and Explosive Mala. The mall page says the promo is not valid with other discounts, vouchers, or membership offers. This is a snack, not a meal. Pair it with a FairPrice run or eat it on the LRT. B1 is the grab-and-go floor. Shihlin already does fried chicken and oyster mee sua. The skin is the limited SKU.
llaollao Quad Pop, Wednesdays only
llaollao at #01-46A is running Quad Pop from 3 to 30 September 2026. Every Wednesday, a medium tub with 4 toppings is $7. The mall caption is the whole offer. Stocks last. T&Cs apply. It is a midweek dessert after Kopitiam or before the LRT home, not a weekend event. If Wednesday is 30 September, that is the last listed date. Do not assume October.
Sengkang MRT is inside the building. Compassvale LRT is next door. The dining stack that matters this month is L3 for the Neo Group room, B1 for Shihlin, and L1 for frozen yoghurt.
