Visited the relatively new outlet at Hougang Mall and loved it that there were many seating areas. Service was fast, didn't have to wait long for my drinks and Berenice was very friendly and helpful.

First time here, five stars for the ambience as it is good and comfortable. However, the drink I had, Cocoa Oolong Milk Tea, was very watery and to be honest, no cocoa taste much. Even as oolong milk tea, also quite watery and bland. Not worth the price.

Jean and Ber were very friendly and nice. They were very accommodating and helped us out despite the crowd and their large number of orders. Their customer service was A++.

Had a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the service was really fast. I got my drink quickly and everything was smooth. Would definitely come back!

Chagee is finally open at Hougang! And they open like a cafe! Love it! Their staff here are very friendly, especially Hui Jing. She is very helpful in recommending drinks.
