Ordered their sambal stingray mid size($20). Good amount of meat but the sambal sauce was very disappointing, it was not spicy and bland. Moreover, the texture of the fish was not bbq well enough to have the charred aroma. Would try other stall.

BBQ fish is very well cooked. Fish meat was glistening with juices when the top layer was peeled off. Indication that the fish is cooked perfectly. Unlike stall 20 Fu bbq who pan fried the fish instead of BBQ. Can easily tell from the charred banana leaf and the distinct flavour when the fish is cooked together with the leaf.
