Not sure is sweet 豆沙 or hum ji peng. The inside is not very well cooked. Thick and taste of dough. Went to exchange and it’s the same. Guess it’s made like this.

Teh Halia has good ginger spice, tea could be stronger and would then deserve a 4-stars. This is inside a new hawker with luxurious seating space and high ceiling with excellent ventilation. Note for drivers: double of HDB CP charges but nice and convenient basement carpark though.

The Teh Tarik and Teh Halia are both up to standard. The stall also serves fried dough items.
