Broth is great! However, I wish they would deshell the clams and separate the crispy rice and egg. Some clams also weren't clean; had some sand in them.

Ordinary tasting paofan, soup was a little bland but acceptable. The seafood that came with the rice was sufficiently fresh but could be better. I felt the standard of their paofan was just passable, and not very enjoyable.
