One of the best Cantonese restaurants in Singapore. Their signature dish, Chef Special Pao Fan, is a must-try. The stewed beef brisket, salt-baked chicken and Iced sweet & sour pork are also on point:-).

When it comes to authentic premium Cantonese cuisine, it is hard to beat the offerings at East Bistro. And yes, we would be remised not to first mention the price as it is undeniably an expensive meal. However as you taste each dish, you do …

If there's any place you like to lookout for delicious and quality chinese food, this is the place. Their fish maw soup is the best I had in Singapore by far, and every single dish just hits the full marks. I believe you would not be able to find equivalent dish with their price point, is really worth every single penny.

Recommended by a friend. Definitely worth the calories and it's so authentic (main dishes, drinks, desserts, and etc.). Didn't capture all the food we had. Must try the 冬瓜盅 (not in the images I shared). Atmosphere is ambient and chill. Boss and staff are friendly and happy to chat with them. Hope another outlet is back to business soon.
